Clover - Lost Recovery Option After Performing Recovery

After performing a recovery from time machine, now in Clover boot menu I only have the option to boot into Mojave, the "Boot Recovery from Recovery HD" option is now missing.

CPU: i7-3700
MB: H87-D3H

I have attached the boot log and Clover config file.

Please help.

It is weird. The recovery option shows again after updated to 10.14.1.
