Clover HDMI audio for NVIDIA & AMD cards. Easy way.

I just tried the version 1.1 of the kext, put it in .../other directory on macOS 10.15.5.
The kext is loaded, verified with kextstat, but I don't see the new HDMI device on System Information.
The GPU is Asus GTX 760.
I am planning to use this with the Dell monitor I ordered which has built-in speakers.
It is waiting for delivery, so currently I am using another monitor (this one has no speakers) with DVI cable.
My question, do I need the HDMI cable plugged in order to see the HDMI device?

UPDATE: Solved by removing the HDMI audio kext :)

I got the Dell monitor with the in-built speakers. I have sounds in Windows 10 but not in macOS 10.15.5.
Only the audio outputs from the motherboard are available for use.
Any idea where I should look to fix this?

I'm running OSX 10.13.6 with a GTX 750Ti. The terminal command did its job but I still don't see HDMI devices showing up. I've also copied the HDMI Audio kext file into the EFI folder. Need some help with this.
