Clover doesn't load kextstopatch

Hello, my setup is:

Msi B150 chipset
I5-6600
8gb ram
Ati radeon vapor-x 7950 3gb

I have a few patches added to kextstopatch section of clover:

-apppeahciport
-appleusbxhcipci
-amd framebuffer ports patch
-applehda (3 added from multibeast alc778: 10.12 applehda/realtek apc .. 10.9-10.12applehda/realtek alc887... Applehda/resources/xml>zml)

From a cold boot so far they load and work perfectly. After a restart they don't load and I'm left without sound and a monitor.

I have updated from el capitan to sierra and the to high sierra. The problem started from high sierra to pop up.
Pic attached with patches. I tried using kext utility no luck.
