i used the toleda v4 .command and i think that has patched my kexts :-/

I don't recommend that method. Best method is mentioned in the FAQ.

Read the FAQ carefully.
No such thing as Broadcom_WiFi.kext.
But FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext in conjection with FakePCIID.kext is used.

yeah ive enabled the 3 clover patches / FakeID inserted (0x43b114E4) and have restored to vanilla AirPortBrcm4360.kext and copied to EFI/Clover/kext/other/ FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext but still the same Problem 5GHz only one time and cant connect to and than its gone. only 2.4GHz work properly

I need help but my biggest problem is my UEFI/BIOS... I cant access to "Advanced Settings" its locked by ACER so i cant change any settings (secureboot is disabled already)

maybe someone can tell me what can i do to reach the Installer.

I don't have the same laptop, but I do have a i7 6700hq and am unable to boot with all CPUs. I have my own thread and rehabman has been helping me out, but we are completely perplexed by it.

Likely a country code issue in your 5ghz patch.
