That didn't fix it but it did remove the NTFS lines; leaving me with the kernel panic right after, "X86PlatformShim: :sendStepper - Done!"

Turns out it has to do with ssdtPRGen.sh. I guess Clover didn't like something in my old IvyBridge SSDT.aml. Removing it allowed for normal boot. I then created a new SSDT.aml using the latest version of ssdtPRGen.sh. Good to go!

I figured this out by reading the most excellent conversation between shinzon and RehabMan found in this thread. Thanks!
