Ok, first thing first, this is a Ivy bridge laptop with HM76 chipset and i7 3630QM, I have modded the BIOS to unlock its full features. I am using Kingston 16GB DT100G3 and manually create Clover UEFI bootloader with the necessary kext files, when I turn on clover debug on, all the loading stop at "Kext com.apple.driver.AppleAPIC loaded" and then the CPU fan went to full blast for a few second and the machine just shutdown on it own.

what i have tried are the following.

    1. change using another thumbdrive
    2. change to Unibeast to make the USB boot

    all to no avail.

all my attempt has always been stick to UEFI, no VT-d, macOS sierra OS from App Store. the end result is always heavy CPU fan spanning and screen turn into black before it shutdown itself.
I needed this laptop to on macOS sierra.

if anyone can offer some help please do so, I would be pretty much appreciate it and hope to writeup a good guide based on this model once everything is up and running.

I have tried the rehabman method on installing sierra on this laptop and also the y50 lenovo method, both doesn't work for me either.

hope some one could shade some lights on this.

    thanks guy.
