clonned my yosemite from hdd to ssd - now clover won't boot

hi

i clonned my yosemite from hdd to ssd using disk utility from usb installation - now clover won't boot the ssd yosemite

still waiting for root device

what should i do?

Mount the EFI partition of the hdd and copy the EFI folder to a USB drive. Unmount the EFI partition. Now mount the EFI partition of the SSD and copy the EFI folder from the USB to the EFI partition of the SSD. You should be back in business.
