Hi, im leaving Mavericks in my Hackintosh to Sierra.
I have toons of plugins and all my music apps stable and working.
I want to get this SSD cloned to my other HD.
I have tried Carboon Copy Cloner and SuperDuper!
But with both programs isn't botable and both copies with the same problem.
After of cloning i tried to start the bootloader (I have chimera in this Mavericks)
Then tried to start. No Chimera, so i reintalled.
Then again i tried to start. At this time, chimera boot and i can select this new clone HD.

In normal mode, the Apple logo appear and then crash with this reports:

In verboose mode, the same with this report:

What can i do to get it botable ?

Thanks guys!

Can you please explain clearly what do you need to do?
Did you install Sierra?

So you have a machine for music production,
my advice is to take 1 day and do a clean install of all the programs and plugins in sierra,
and use clover over chimera (if you have a uefi motherboard).

In general try to boot with -x, if it boots then the problem is with drivers and/or chimera configuration.

Hello Alberto,
Im just doing that.
BUT, i want to get a backup copy of my disk.
I have 3 HD:

-1 SAMSUNG with actual 100%working mavericks

-2 SANDISK with Windows 10 (working with Parallels Desktop)

-3 SHD with the clone of my mavericks made with Carbon Copy Cloner (Actually crashing when i try to boot it)

So, i want like you are saying, a new clean install of Sierra, but I want to have a backup clone of my Mavericks.

I power on the computer, boot with the SHD Disk, then in chimera choose my Mavericks Clon partition, and then... it crash
this 2 photos are the log crashing.

Thanks for your help ;)

Now i figured out, the problem could be the bootloader.
By cloning the disk, the bootloader is not copied.

What you need is:
1 USB with at least 1gb
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 STEP:
Boot into your working hackintosh disk and then create a bootable mavericks usb.

2 STEP:
Boot from the USB, select SHD and now should boot fine.

3 STEP:
Install the bootloader into the SHD using tools like multibeast for Mavericks.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note: I guess there is a faster way, i heard about Enoch (make some research if you don't have time to follow my steps).

I hope this help

P.S. Whit a quick research i found a guy who had a really similar situation.
I can't post the discussion because is in Italian, but the link is this.
