Clean Yosemite Install won't boot (stuck after /etc/rc.installer_cleanup not found)

Hi everybody,

I set up a new Hackintosh-Computer based on a ASUS Z8NR-D12 Mainboard and two Xeon X5650 Processors and a NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT which seemed to work just great OOB - or at least the installation went perfectly well.
I never got this clean Yosemite Installation to boot, though: booting hangs after /etc/rc.installer_cleanup not found).
I tried several boot parameter in Clover, however I am not getting any errors at all in verbose mode, so I am pretty clueless where to start?
I basically tried any possible combination of

- PCIRootUID= 0 | 1
- npci= 0x2000 | 0x3000
- nv_disable= 0 | 1
- nvda_drv= 0 | 1
- with / without -x (safe mode)
- with / without -f (ignore caches)
- cpus=1
- dart=0
- GraphicsEnabler= Yes | No
- GraphicsMode= 1920x1080x32 | 1280x1020x32
- kext-dev-mode=1
- with / without -no-zp

Any ideas?
