Load defaults and also make sure the AHCI is enabled (it's default on this BIOS, but check). In Advanced Mode, go to Advanced tab, select System Agent Configuration and then Graphics Configuration. Make sure the primary display is set do iGPU and 32M for iGPU Memory.

2. Prepare UniBeast USB Installer [Time: About 15 minutes]
Note: I need to select Laptop Support during the preparation of UniBeast Installer so that I am able to access my PS/2 keyboard later when ML installation on HDD.

Add SleepEnabler.kest to S/L/E with KextBeast.

View attachment SleepEnabler.kext.zip

5. Buy-off and verification
Internet, DVD play movie, Audio, Sleep - All functioning well

6. Add-in Sapphire HD4870 512MB GDDR5 Graphic Card
Using Sapphire HD4870 for graphics - DVI Connector on Graphic Card DVI female
* Upgrade to ASUS GTX460 1GB OC works OOB

BIOS Setup
In Advanced Mode, go to Advanced tab, select System Agent Configuration and then Graphics Configuration. Make sure the primary display is set do PCIE.

Note: Boot to BIOS and set the Graphics Configuration to PCIE before swap the DVI Connector to Graphics Card DVI female to avoid lost video when system reboot.

7. Buy-off and verification
Internet and DVD play movie okay but no audio.

Reload audio kext from MultiBeast to restore the audio function.

8. Pending issues
All this while USB3.0 ports not working. USB2.0 devices cannot mount onto USB3.0 ports.

9. Upgrade ML
From 10.8.0 to 10.8.1 - No problem
From 10.8.1 to 10.8.2 - Need to remove OemSMBIOS.kext from S/L/E/FakeSMC.kext
From 10.8.2 to 10.8.3 - Mountain Lion COMBO updated to version 10.8.3 (12D78) so far so good after replaced AppleHDA.kext version 2.2.0. Otherwise sound broken.

Follow Tonymacx86 Guide

* If you use FakeSMC plugins, and get a kernel panic after reboot. Boot into safe mode by typing -x at the Chimera boot screen. Then navigate to /System/Library/Extensions/FakeSMC.kext/Contents/Plugins/ and delete OEMsmbios.kext. Then reboot.

10. Credits

Tonymacx86 for his excellent tools and procedures.
