Hello,
I am following the official guide to install 10.10. When attempting to run the installer the apple logo appears and then it goes away and I get a circle with a slash symbol.
I have tried all of these boot flags:
-x
-v
-f
UseKernelCache=Yes
PCIRootUID=1
Maxmem=4096
Cpus=1
npci=0x2000
npci=0x3000
GraphicsEnabler=No
GraphicsEnabler=Yes
I realize that the verbose shows a problem with AHCI but i've tried everything related to that. I've tried a bunch of different driver settings. Nothing seems to work.
Here are my specs:
Sabertooth z77
Intel core i7 3770
GTX 780
32gb ram
180gb intel ssd
Any ideas?
Thanks
