Circle with line through it error after apple logo

Hello,
I am am having trouble running the installer on my desktop after installing High Sierra on the usb. When I boot up into the USB and run the installer it posts the apple logo and then it shows a no symbol sign or a circle with a line through it. Please help

i7 extreme 5960x
Asus Rampage v Extreme x99
Windforce 980 ti OC edition
Samsung 850 pro
EVGA 1000W power supply

When I boot up into the USB and run the installer it posts the apple logo and then it shows a no symbol sign or a circle with a line through it.

Boot in verbose mode and post a picture of the screen when it stops.

Is there a tutorial on here that starts from the beginning to the end because im seeing that clover boot is needed for 5960x Haswell-e processors.

I know that this is an old chat that talks about newer computers but does anyone know how to fix this with an ibook g3
