Choose boot drive on dual-boot

I have a hackintosh with macOS High Sierra and Windows 10 (on separate drives).
CPU: i5-4440, RAM: 16GB DDR3 1800 MHz, GPU: GTX 1060 3GB
I often use my computer with Chrome Remote Desktop at work. This represents a problem when trying to switch to an alternate OS remotely, as access to the physical computer is needed.
I'm looking for some kind of program - for either OS - that can choose a drive to boot from once, without affecting default boot settings.
That way, I could have the default OS as Windows, but from Windows I can choose to reboot into macOS. Then to switch back, all I need to do is restart again.
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

You can set Win10 drive next boot drive in Mac OS, reboot and it will boot Win10 but I do not know of any way you can do it from Win10 to reboot to Mac OS.
