this may sound like a dumb question, but is there any special reason i should up-date to v2.1 Chimera? I don´t plan to go beyond 10.6.8 any time soon.

If it ain't broke. why try to fix it?
There is no reason to update unless you are having problems with your current boot loader.

I agree w GB - if its not broke why fix it.... let sleeping dogs lie where they are...

but my favorite is KISS

Keep it Simply Simple.

Sorry what was the question again ... Chimera 2.1 ... NO is my sugestion.

Pros Huh - took me 30 days for my first have #1 - I don't think of myself as a Pro...

Maybe GB is or other fearless leaders of this site ... but not me..


But I learn (or relearn) something different every day !!!!
