Chimera No GUI

I'm using Chimera 4.1.0. It was working fine. But suddenly without any reason the GUI is gone. I've installed Chimera again several times but no luck. Tried GUI= Yes in org.cha.....boot.plist. Didn't work. what should I do?

Is the Theme folder still in the proper place and complete?
