Chimera doesn't recognize my Ubuntu 12.4 LTS

Dredging up this thread again as I am searching for some help, and have tried over and over again to get things going with my triple boot system to no avail.

Actually I can only boot to ubuntu 12.4LTS via my BIOS (UEFI)
here's the specs:

ASUS P8Z77 I-Deluxe
3770K CPU

triple boot OS - 10.8.2 / Win7 / Ubuntu 12.4 on a single SSD

my partitions look like this:

/dev/sda0 - EFI boot
/dev/sda1 - HFS+ OSX 10.8.2
/dev/sda2 - NTFS Win7
/dev/sda3 - SOLARIS swap
/dev/sda4 - EXT3 Ubuntu (have also tried EXT4)

installed grub to sda4 and used sda4 as '/'

OSX and Win7 boot totally fine with chimera (1.11.1 r1394) I cannot get ubuntu to appear in chimera at all. I do have a weird entry for windows NTFS that doesnt go anywhere.

I can boot Ubuntu if i go into the BIOS and select it to boot - then I get a standard grub, and it boots normally.

how can I get chimera to show ubuntu - is there a file i can edit, or?

Ive tried re-installing from multibeast...crazy. any any help would be appreciated. Ive read through a million posts and it seems totally possible, and have tried the suggestions above as well as on other sites, and posts here.

TIA!

Tanks so much to Karacho. His (her ?) solution worked like a charm
By the way, ext4 si not a problem.

Yep, totally a eureka moment. In my case:

sudo grub-install /dev/sdb1 --force

Thanks Karacho. :D
