Hello!
I'm trying to find a fully compatible video card that will work with a Sierra based system that will output to 3 monitors (or 4 if possible) but runs on a passive cooler (it's used in a sound studio environment). I also would really like to not spend a lot of money as I don't need massive GPU power.

Any recommendations? I would also be open to 2 of the same card if it will mean running everything smoothly.

I currently have 2 ATI Radeon HD 5450 cards but they are not working correctly and I can't seem to find any help for them which I think might stem from the fact they are not supported.

Thanks!

Here's one that's 3 monitor capable but not completely passive.

You can read this thread to learn more about how it's used here:

The author of that post claims the Quadro P400 is extremely quiet. Should be moreso in a larger insulated quiet case.

If you need completely passive cards you could use two GT 710 that have no fan. Connect two monitors to each one.

The Quadro P400 seems a good choice for your build.

My guess is that the fastest finless card is the new GT 1030. But I haven't seen a passive version with more than 2 outputs. And whether it works with hackintosh? I guess yes, because it is Pascal, but I haven't seen it.
