First of all, I should let you know that I appreciate your posting the instructions on your site and opening this forum for feedback.

Here's my problem :--

I have the following config:

GIGABYTE GA-P55M-UD2 P55
EVGA nvidia 9500GT 1G
Kingston DDR3 1333 RAM 2x2GB
Core i7-860

I tried booting with the Chameleon boot cd ( tonymacx86-P55BootCD.iso ) but my computer resets half-way through the boot.

The last line displayed before the reset is :
"reading ramdisk image: bt(0,0)/Extra/Preboot.dmg"

I thought this might be due to the dvd-rom (which was IDE) so I bought a new SATA dvd-rom and booted with that. I still have the same problem.

I have two IDE hard drives but I've tried booting without any hard drives attached and the behaviour is the same.

I have Windows XP successfully running so the setup seems to be okay otherwise.

FIXED!

I was going through the comments on your blog post and I found this:

I should have plugged into the Intel SATA port. Then I had to disable "eXtreme Hard Drive" and then enable AHCI in a couple of places

Thanks
