Catalina on SAMSUNG 860 EVO M2 ssd

I need your advice.

I want to install Catalina on the following assembly:

Intel Core i5-8400 (8gen)
Gigabyte Z370M DS3H (rev. 1.0)
SAMSUNG 860 EVO 250GB
Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 570 4GB GDDR5
Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 16GB Kit

Can I install Catalina on a SAMSUNG 860 EVO 250GB M2 ssd?
Does Catalina need cupcakes or drivers for this M2 ssd?

Didn't need anything for my 850 evo m2 SSD, works just like any other SATA drive.
