it should be noted that MultiBeast is just a tool to help you, it does not do anything that you cannot do for yourself.

For many newer computers with the well-chosen motherboard and GPU, tonymacx86’s Clover build and Clover Configurator may be enough, then you just need to put the required kexts into CLOVER/Kexts/Other.
