Hello Big-W, bios was setup as above already, latest version. When i put EmuVariableUEFI i cannot boot.
Fiddled around a bit and installed Catalina. The problem is that i have white screen with mouse now :(

My Nvidia works for sure i used it before computer upgrade.

Search for 1683.

@P1LGRIM i'm not stuck at apfs. Catalina is installed, just cannot see welcome screen.
Tried with built in gpu, same thing.
Something like -https://images.app.goo.gl/Tf7XKMcMg9d3yfJp6

I successfully installed MacOS. It still needs some tuning :) After all is working I will post EFI folder here.

Thanks for the help guys!

Sleep
Shutdown,
ALL usb ports

Problem to resolve:

Update-working EFI attached thanks to pastrychef.

Error allocating 0x11c01 pages – tried OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi, OsxAptioFixDrv2-64.efi, OsxAptioFixDrv3-64.efi, OsxAptioFixDrv-free2000, AptioMemoryFix but still no luck. It just sometimes won’t boot. Happens 1-2 times from 10 reboots.
Something you can try here.
