Catalina Installation help

Hi everyone, relative newbie here
I've run into a problem while trying to do a fresh install of Catalina. Here is the end verbose screenshot. I have been trying to amend the issue but i can't find a solution, any light shed on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, seems to have some changes, but here is what happens now.

After a few minutes of idling, a 'prohibit' symbol would appear in the center of the screen and the texts would become jumbled and corrupted.
