I have downloaded the essential kext to the other folder before installaing the Catalina from System update. Once it starts I select the disk to install. Once the installation promots to restart I restart the system and at the boot menu I select macOS install from HD but it gets stuck at apple log with little progression bar. There is no CPU activity light after. Any help is appericated. Thank you.
