Catalina installation boot fails immediately

So I started Hackintosh in 2014 and had 5 builds in total. I am building a new one now but run into this weird issue. I couldn't even get the installer to load, the error message is as shown in the photo.

build spec:
i9-9900 (non-K)
Gigabyte z390 desinare
MSI RX 570

Or if you want to try Opencore, put this EFI Folder on a spare USB drive and boot off it. Everything works, if you decide to go with it, you'll have to inject your values.

Followed Opencore and used the attached EFI, any idea anything I could be missing? This is boot with the USB installer.

I also followed the exact same steps as that guide a few times, still got the same result.
