I've been playing around with this for the last day. My install continues to get stuck at apfs_module_start 1683. I have followed several instructions online on how to correct without success.

Rx 580

my compressed EFI folder is too large to attach

to help we only need to see what's in patched, drivers/UEFI, and kexts/Other... and of course config.plist. delete the other stuff.

A very common issue, just search for 1683.
