Catalina hackintosh not booting up

I was troubleshooting 4k resolution issue in my hackintosh system, and i had changed the device model in that, now it is not booting up. I am attaching error snapshot, please check this and help me to recover my system.

It looks like you have used SMBIOS that is not supported by the version of mac os you are trying to boot.

Mac-F221BEC8 is a MacPro5,1 which is unsupported in Catalina.
Edit your config.plist SMBIOS section to something that is supported.
May be able to boot with -no_compat_check.

i have reverted it back to retina resolution, but i want a 4k resolution output, it is not coming. I am using Amd r7 340 graphic card, it is showing on 14 mb size in this. how can i increase it's resolution ??
