What Firewire interface do you use? What brand, chipset, specs of the Firewire hostcard? I'm interested 'cause I've got an old(er) audio interface on FW800. Pls let me know!

I got a Syba SY-PEX30016 3 Port 1x FW400 and 2x FW800. This card worked out of the box when I got it in 2016 and it has worked flawlessly thru all the MacOs updates since then.

Added today a HP pci express fw800 card, worked at first boot. Installed the AudioFire 8 from Echo. It works really wel!
