Catalina Fan control speed & Battery drain very fast!?

Hello,

I just installed Catalina and while I'm installing the apps, I noticed the laptop is hot, I'm not sure if the laptop fan speed working correctly. I also notice that my battery drain very fast!

This is my Laptop specs
Hp Pavilion Gaming 15
CPU i7-9750H
Graphic Intel 630 HD
Nividia 1660 Ti - disabled in config
Ram 16 GB
