Catalina can't Turn OFF

Hello friends, I installed the catalina, but I can't turn off the computer. and as soon as I ask him to hang up he looks like he will hang up normally, but in the next second he calls again.
I've tried to activate the fixetshutdow option, but it still doesn't work. can anybody help me?


Motherboard, z390 m gamer.
corel i5 2.9 9600F
video card Amd 8g

When you create your install usb a hidden boot folder called EFI is created. Replace the efi created with the installer, with the appropriate one from the guide.
