Thanks mate. I did exactly that. I used inject all version 75 which is the latest one and created usbmap with hack tool with only 12 ports which includes my internal f_usb used for Bluetooth
I even downgraded my MacOS to 15.4 to see so i have ruled out is compatibility.

4 possibilities remains to be narrowed out.
- OpenCore 0.6.3 wrongly configured
- motherboard bios or it’s settings
- motherboard port
- card Bluetooth module

With your Z390 Designare you don't need the newer kext version, not that it should make a difference. If it just stopped working and you have ruled out software and properly configured USB then its sounds like a hardware problem. The other way to rule that out if its hardware related is by checking it with Windows or Linux installed.

Gave up and installed Windows 10.
Oh wait , so does the card's bluetooth module work on windows ?

I tried it on Linux and the same thing happened. Wifi workd but bluetooth didn't work, so it means either the F_USB hub is ****ed up, or it is the bluetooth module of fenvi.

I got a new fenvi card and everything is working fine now.
