Can't use Universal Audio Apollo Mkii with USB-C

Hello everyone, I tell you my story:
I've been using a Hackintosh for half a year, running on Yosemite 10.10.5 and despite some random Freezes the system is relatively good.

I recently bought the Universal Audio Apollo Mkii, but I can not use it, I bought a PCIE board with which my pc would have 2 USB-C ports (PC PERIPHERAL) of the USB-C ports use adapters to Thunderbolt and from there to the Universal Audio, however my pc does not recognize the universal audio.

I would like to know if there is anything else I can do, I think the problem is that my mother does not recognize the PCIE board that has the USB-C ports and that is why it is not detecting the universal audio.
