Can't update AT ALL

My question is still when you log onto this website from another computer, do you see the button. If it is there, then it is an issue on your hackintosh. If there is no button using another computer, then it is tied to your account.

The logging on has nothing to do with the Hackintosh. I have been using multiple other computers without success and attempts to contact the administrators have not been successful either.
