Hello,

I'm trying to install mac os Catalina on my new Samsing 970 EVO Plus.

After preparing the BIOS and USB I started the installation process and when I select the target disk in the mac os installation user interface the screen returns to the mac os utility without any error message.
And the installation of macos on the ssd nvme cannot start.

I state that I have a 1050Ti as on the previous ssd crucial I had high sierra but I would like to use the video card integrated in the processor until I take an amd video card

What can I do to continue the installation process?

@P1LGRIM

I checked the firmware and it is updated to the latest version (2B2QEXM7) but it doesn't work the same.

What do you advise me to do?

If your SSD has the latest firmware then it will not be a problem.
Given your current apparent state of knowledge you are going to struggle with this.
Your GTX 1050 is a problem. It is possible to disable it but you will find it easier if you remove it.

Follow the Installation Guide.
Use the forum Search tool to look for Guides that use hardware similar to your own.

Always boot in verbose mode and if you get stuck post a picture of the screen.

Thanks @P1LGRIM for your help.
I will try to learn as much as possible

I unplugged the video card but the problem persists ... I uploaded the verbose mode photos and a video to show where I am stuck.

Thanks again

Have you installed Lilu.kext and WhateverGreen.kext ?
Sorry, no ideas for that other than previously stated.

I tried both with and without but the problem persists ...

can it be any BIOS setting?
Would you recommend changing the SSD?
