I still haven't figured out the 4K video issue that this thread is about.

Also, all of the other Surface Pro 4 guides that I have seen don't require the use of EmuVariable. There was a time when I could boot without it, but that has since changed and I have no idea why. You can try using my setup without the emuvariable driver.

Anyway, my setup is basically fully functional: trackpad gestures, sleep, battery, etc. See if it works for you.
