can't reboot without usb drive

Hi!
I've some issues about installation of Mac.
One month ago i've installed mac osx successfully except for a boot problem (i could run mac only with usb drive plugged in usb).
Some days ago i saw this screen (don't know why).


So, now i've 2 problems:
1) I have to solve this screen, (i can move around this problem typing -x, but i don't want typing -x every time!)
2) After typing -x mac start only if usb drive (with mac osx) is plugged.

Any idea? Thank you
