Hello fleaplus,
I used your clover folder, it work well. The only thing doesn't work is external monitor thought HDMI & USB Type-C. Did you resolved it ?
If yes, how can you make it ?
Thanks.
Yes, I do believe that fix is by using "agdpmod=vit9696" boot option to disable board id checks. Oh, and of course you have to be using the bios graphics mode where HDMI / USB-C is connected to Intel Graphics - so verify it is working that way in Windows or Linux first.

I still have not put the work in to get suspend / resume working with re-disabling the nVidia GPU properly. My work job has only gotten harder since we started working from home so I have not played around with my hackintosh config that much.

Also my config definitely does not have the built in microphone enabled as I used a profile meant for an Acer laptop using the same audio chip (ALC289).

I did recently update my Precision to have a 17 inch 120hz gaming display. The only hackintosh change needed is "-igfxmlr" boot option as the higher refresh rate display uses the higher max link rate like a 4k panel. I also had to tear the laptop apart significantly and swap the lcd cable itself from 30-pin to 40-pin.

I already add this boot option but nothing happens. It works well in Windows 10 & Linux.
I'm going to do with this tutorial & hope that I can resolve this problem.

Attached is the EFI I have so far with my Precision 7740 running 10.14.6

You will probably want to use the Whatevergreen -igfxmlr boot option if you have a 4k panel. The P630 iGPU may need a device-id spoof to work as a UHD630.

The graphics mode being reset is fixed by _OSI hot patching to include the Windows identifiers. I also threw Linux-Dell-Video into there as the ACPI has a bunch of Linux specific paths that are taken when the dedicated GPU is disabled.

I swapped the stock wifi card with the DW1560 Broadcom chip.

The trackpad is I2C and needs GPIO pinning to not lag during use.

The Quadro card is disabled via hotpatch but you should still be able to use USB-C ports for video output if desired.

Definitely remove the PM981 SSD's. The firmware those drives use are not compatible with the MacOS NVMe drivers. A 970 Evo works great as a replacement. If those came with the machine you may be able to convince Dell to swap them with a different brand drive under warranty like a Toshiba XG6 or the Intel OEM one.

Where did you get your DW1560?
I have just received my 7740 and I wanted to install mac os.
I have the Intel Xeon Processor thought.
