I just got a new MBP. I downloaded the latest Mojave using the macadmin script. I run the installer and i get an error saying it can't be installed. Next i try loading the data onto a USB. I boot to USB and i keep getting a message saying the installer needs to be updated before i can use this disk. (yes, i turned off the T2 chip safe boot crap).

ANy ideas how i can install Mojave so i dont have to wait until next week?

I am having exactly the same the problem.
I have raised a ticket with Apple support and I've sent them the error logs.
I've gone through all the steps that Apple support provided me and nothing worked :( .
Apple engineers are investigating and looking through the logs.
To me, this looks like a problem with Mac OS Mojave and the new MacBook Pro with T2 chips.

Please if someone has a solution to this let me know.
If I get a solution from Apple engineers team I will update the forum.

PS: I've attached a screenshot of the error that I am getting when I try to update to Mojave.
