Cant install Mac High Sierra

everytime when i boot my clover boot loader off my usb i get this weird thing it keeps restarting or it gives a stop sign

Specs:
MSI Z170A SlI plus
Intel i7 6700k
Zotac geforce gtx 1070 amp extreme edition
16 gb of hyper x fury ram
and a corsair 750 watt powersupply

if somebody got a fix please tell me

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.

Boot your system in Verbose Mode and post a picture of your screen when it freezes/hangs.
At Clover Boot Screen press space bar and select Verbose (-v)
