Can't get graphics acceleration for macOS High Sierra Intel UHD 620

I recently did a hackintosh with macOS Sierra and upgraded to High Sierra. But I could to get graphics acceleration to work and it is so glitchy in youtube and launchpad and it is very hard to do my school work on Microsoft teams. Any help is appreciated. Config.plist attached.

Edit: Fixed it myself. I installed Lilu.kext, FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_IntelHDGraphics.kext to /L/E. I set FakeID to (0x19168086) and ig-platform-id to (0x19160000). That's it! It started working!
