Can’t finish install

so IGNORE me!
So I installed Mojave to my hard drive and everything went fine using the guide but when I try to boot to the hard drive from my usb it gets to like 75% and my mouse shows up then it restarts everytime. Please help! also this is what I get in verbose mode
