Can't figure out how to get Creative Sound Core 3D chip working

I'll check that out, but note that I have sound working just fine with VooDooHDA.kext. I'm just trying to get the volume slider to work for volume adjustment.

I have no experience with VoodooHDA.
It's not really well explained in my topic, and I've not yet added the third method, it's the one I'm using. But with all methods you have volume control!
