Cant enter the uefi Bios on my Z97 UD5H BK Board

hi

I am currently trying to install Mojave but it wont Boot into the installer. When i try to enter the Bios it Shows me what you can see on the Picture.
I already tryed resetting the Bios etc. Backup Bios does the same.
I also tryed removing the RX 580 and use the onboard Grafics but it doesnt make a difference
The Board shows the code A9
Any ideas how fix it ?

Try a CMOS reset.

Try reducing to the minimum required to POST - CPU / Memory / Graphics (No drives).

I already resettet the CMOS a couple times and dont have any drives conntected.

I will try taking out Ram next

i have 2 sticks of Ram so i can take one out

If it is an old board it may require a BIOS upgrade to support the i7 4790K.
Original BIOS is F3 but i7 4790K requires F5.

It has the F8 Bios installed
