Can't change system definition problem

So, I want to change the system definition from imac 13,2 to mac pro 3,1. I went into Multibeast, and I selected the systems definition and selected Mac Pro 3,1. Then I selected "build" and it installed. I checked smbios.plist and it does show Mac Pro 3,1. But when I boot, in system information, it still says imac 13, 2 (late 2012).

Am I missing something?

I created a hybrid drive and I'm wondering....could that be the issue? If it is, how do you get the smbios.plist on both drives?
