Can't boot Yosemite without Unibeast USB key

i do too have WD Green Desktop Hard Drive.
Could it be the culprit too ?

my dekstop i have been using for the past 4-5 years, only now it stop working. Last it was on Yosemite.

Hi,

No one was saying you are ignorant, only that the last post in this thread was a very long time ago and the poster is no-longer active on this site.

If you answer the question I asked, someone may be able to help you. The WD Green drive might be slower than the standard ones but it is still perfectly capable of booting a PC.
