Can't boot normally after post-installing Clover

Hello everyone,
I've successfully managed to install 10.11.6 on my Samsung laptop (specs below) - works like a charm when booting from USB. However, I'm struggling with post-install issues for a past three days - every time I install Clover on mac's EFI partition and replace CLOVER folder with the one from USB it's not booting anymore, doesn't matter if bootloader runs from SSD or USB! - see attached verbose. It boots when using safe mode though.
Is it related to graphics injection by any chance? Or infamous Optimus graphics card configuration (HD3000 + GT520MX)? No clue...

DSDT has been patched a bit, so battery and backlight control works perfectly.

Compare your USB EFI/Clover with SSD EFI/Clover to discover difference in configuration.
If you need help, you'll need to attach both.
