Can't boot into installer

How do you tell if it is a 10.6 or 10.6.3 disc? Does the 10.6.3 DVD say 10.6.3 on the DVD?, I remember there was some letters and numbers below the 10.6, will get back to you when I get back

EDIT: I've searched Google and it seems that a 10.6.3 disc will say "Version 10.6.3" on the DVD, mine says "Version 10.6"

Both should work.
Don't know if there are different procedures for 10.6.3 vs. 10.6.

No, I only tried with iBoot as I thought my CPU was "supported" as it was the same one on a Mac, will try it, Thanks.

iBoot and iBoot legacy are CD ROM images.
