Cant Boot installer [Newbie][Unibeast]

within the clover guide you linked, you install it, and then copy the kexts into the mounted EFI partition, the guide says to download 3 from some developers online files and paste them into there.
it doesnt actually matter, i can just do it anyway.

I like to install the kexts required for my installation to /S/L/E. I use Clover/kexts just for booting the recovery partition (or update/installer).

Im actually having trouble with this whole dual booting thing atm.
So im attemping to follow the second part of this guide
http://www.tonymacx86.com/multi-booting/96000-guide-dual-booting-mountain-lion-windows-8-a.html
the bit about on the same disk

Dual boot with Clover is completely different from dual boot with Chameleon/Chimera.

after installing osx the windows bootloader is gone, so one would assume you can use clover to boot windows, nope. I just get a blinking cursor ina dos prompt

Did you install Windows UEFI? What version?

"Never. And not sure what you mean by "Efi data... interfere"..."
basically, you could boot windows 7, all is well. until you boot windows 8, it will say files have been changed outside of the system. something about them behinf curropt, and restore the computer back to the last windows 8 boot.
The worst part was sometimes it switched, so windows 7 was the one doing the restoring..

Worst of all, it was the whole disk, including the EFI partition. Man that thing was a nightmare.

There is no way to help without specific information on what you did and what the exact error messages are.

Right so at this current stage i have only yosemite installed, i went through the multibeast guide.
installed clover at the same time, exactly as the guide states.

all good. until i restart. I unplugged all usb sticks, and booted the boot option named "Max OS X", it instantly boots into my bios config?
without any clover loading or anything, not even a bios boot splash

If my cloverUSB(yosemiteinstaller) is plugged in and i select the Mac OS X option in the bootloader, then it loads clover, I assume from usb.
Of i boot from the USB, it shows the exact same.

Again if i remove my install stick with clover on it, i cant boot the Mac OS X option, goes stright to bios..

Which bootloader are you using? It is not clear from your description.

If you're using Clover, post your config.plist.

using clover, well thats assuming the install was successful, before that was whatever came with the default install

i used the same one for the install too, and yes i did rename it to config.plist after putting it inside clover:p

Edit: i just realised that the config.plist could be modified after i put it there, the link above is the one i downloaded from the clover guide(a plist file that has never been used)

so here are both exact copies of the files on the EFI partition both on my hackintosh laptop and USB. Note the USB boots fine and perfectly

Your config.plist is a mess, and in fact it is just not formatted correctly.
You need to take parts out that are not valid and then reformat. You should use Xcode or another plist editor to make sure it is valid.

When you try to boot Clover, is there an entry that you can boot from? Or does it just boot into the HDD?
Also are you booting via UEFI? Is UEFI mode enabled in the BIOS?

If you still can't get into Clover, then try copying CLOVERX64.efi into /EFI/Microsoft/boot/bootmgfw.efi (you have to create the directory).
