Can't boot from USB Gigabyte Designare z390 Intel Core i9-9900K

When pressing F12 i can see my USB stick there, when i select it, it will black out for a few seconds then back on the boot selection UI.

Help ive tried the recomended bios settings, tried all usb port, tried making a new bootable stick but still cant get it to boot from my USB stick. see

Im on BIOS F7 Version
