Can't autoconnect to preferred networks

After upgrading Chimera to 2.0.1, I started to get the "Unable to handle key xxxxx" messages, and among them are current-network and preferred-networks. The reason I noticed this is that every time I boot, I need to manually select the network which to connect, even though they are saved in my preferred networks. Could Chimera be the reason for this?
