That portion of the kernel panic is not very helpful, as it doesn't show where the error occurred.
Could you please try recording a video of the full process and upload that instead?

I'm not sure if you kexts are installed to /L/E or /S/L/E, but they should be. Just mentioning this as many people don't.

Looks normal.
Keep in mind booting the installer from USB is not quick.

Also, if you have a problem, you must attach "problem reporting" files as per FAQ.

And your profile must be filled out with hardware details as requested in the FAQ.

drivers64UEFI folder is very wrong, follow guide as is

maybe update FakeSMC.kext as well

Followed the guide,deleted unnecessary files and updated fakeSMC but the computer still reboot when I boot into the installer
